AODCCC & Peer Based Harm Reduction – Naloxone Training

Each year, to commemorate International Overdose Awareness Day, the AODCCC team up with Peer Based Harm Reduction WA to offer FREE Naloxone Training to AODCCC Members.

Naloxone is a drug that reverses the effects of overdose caused by prescription opioid medications, heroin, fentanyl, nitazenes and other opioid drugs. It is freely available within the community under the Take Home Naloxone program, so it’s important that all those impacted by drug use are aware of Naloxone and its life saving abilities.

Let’s unite and educate ourselves on the overdose reversing drug that is Naloxone, and help to reduce the harms associated with drug use in our community. #EndOverdose

This opportunity is advertised in our member newsletter, and the training is available to AODCCC members only. If you’re not yet a member, sign up HERE!
