We seek to empower the voices of those with a lived and living experience of alcohol and other drug use, along with their family and supports, as we are well aware of the impact alcohol and other drugs have on the entire community.

We also seek support from sector professionals who can apply to be Full or Associate Members.
(Limit of one Associate Member per organisation/service and senior leadership endorsement is required).

  • Participate in Systemic Advocacy – ensuring all those with a lived and living experience of alcohol and other drugs, including families, carers and significant others, have input into the achieving systemic change in WA.
  • Provide input on alcohol and other drug trends and issues impacting the community, with a view to improve the wellbeing of the community.
  • Be a voting member that can help shape the AODCCC and attend our Annual General Meeting.

Rural and Remote Engagement
AODCCC is the Peak Body for alcohol and other drug consumer and community informed systemic advocacy in Western Australia. As a growing Peak based in the Perth Metro area, our capacity to engage WA’s rural and remote areas is currently limited to online engagement only.  We welcome membership from across WA and strive towards expanding our operations into the regions as we grow.
All Western Australian voices matter, and we will continue to seek them out regardless of resource limitations.
